Below are some of our basic rates:

Separation Agreement: $2000 plus taxes. Includes drafting of the agreement, and changes throughout the process. If the agreement is to be filed with the courts, there will be a disbursement charge.

Review of an Agreement and Signing: $150.00 plus taxes.  If the opposing side has brought you an agreement and you would like it reviewed and witnessed by the lawyer.

Desk order Divorce: without children $1800.00 plus taxes and disbursements (filing fees), with children $2375.00 plus taxes and disbursements. Ready for the next step? We got ya covered.
